Based in Hobro, Denmark, you will be joining the brand new OT Security team, that will initially consist of 4 core teammembers – and probably more than that in some years. Together, we will develop, drive and operate OT Security across Eurowind globally.

You link our business strategy with OT security initiatives
As our new cybersecurity architect, you will take on the task of ensuring that our strategy and initiatives are in line with current legislation, so that we stay compliant. Doing so, you will work across both divisions, regions and professional levels – from technical colleagues to management level.
Connecting the regulations and strategy with tangible actions, you will:
- Drive the development of relevant OT Security policies, standards and procedures in the business unit
- Define requirements within the OT domain based on NIS2, ISO27001, NERC CIP and IEC 62433 to be implemented in Eurowind
- Design future OT infrastructure in EWE and collaboration with IT
- Stay updated on trends, legislation and standards in the Cybersecurity industry through relevant training, conferences and network
At the same time, this is a brand new role, so you will have a strong influence on both your own tasks, as well as processes and procedures – and you will probably also get a solid insight into your teammates’ tasks, as we will need to cooperate closely and assist where necessary.
Strategic and tactical cybersecurity architect
With a good holistic business acumen, you thrive in the mix of transforming strategic, legal business requirements into tactical, technical scopes. And you have a knack for working both
independently, cross-organisational and as a key part of a team, where constructive communication will be a key element.
Moreover, you are adept at navigating both top management and team-level dynamics. We are open to various entries into this role and understand that you might have relevant work experience rather than a specific educational background – we do hope that you bring:
- Perhaps a BSc (or higher) in e.g. Security or Computer Science, or an education as an IT supporter or data technician – or similar hands-on experience
- Solid, architectural experience in cybersecurity – maybe even within OT and renewable energy
- Great documentation skills
- Relevant trainings and/or certifications – e.g. SANS ICS 410, 515, 612, ISO 27001, CISSP, IEC-62443 Cyber security specialist or similiar
