This is a brand-new role at Royal Unibrew, offering you the chance to build and execute impactful change management strategies from the ground up. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across our markets, ensuring our employees are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading the adoption of modern workplace solutions to improve efficiency and collaboration.
- Creating engaging onboarding programs for employees and integrating newly acquired companies into Royal Unibrew’s IT ecosystem.
- Partnering with global teams and software providers to deliver impactful training programs.
- Communicating effectively to ensure every employee understands and benefits from new IT initiatives.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in IT change management and a passion for driving meaningful transformation.
We Hope You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in change management, especially in IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT service tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to inspire others.
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Administration (or equivalent experience) is preferred, and change management certifications are a plus.
Meet Your Team
You’ll join the Infrastructure & Cybersecurity team, responsible for core IT services across Royal Unibrew markets.
With colleagues in multiple locations, including hubs in Faxe, Denmark, and Vilnius, Lithuania, you’ll be part of a diverse and innovative group dedicated to delivering outstanding results.
