IT Security is critical for Bang & Olufsen. We have moved significantly in the right direction during the last years, but new cybersecurity regulations will drive additional workload in this space.
Come and join our IT Security journey. You will get a broad interface to colleagues and external partners in relation to IT Security and IT Network.
As our new Senior IT Security Consultant, you will join Group IT and report to Director, IT Operations Application Maintenance.
You will be part of a small Cloud & Infrastructure team consisting of our Sr. Specialist CISO, Sr. Specialist Cloud & M365 Architect and two Infrastructure consultants.
You will work very closely with our CISO on day-to-day IT Security activities and participate in project activities related IT Security and IT Network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve risks and issues related to IT Security and IT Networks.
- Contribute to a steady and compliant IT Security setup in Bang & Olufsen.
- Participate in various IT Projects in relation to IT Security and IT Network activities.
- Promoting a sound IT Security agenda internal in Bang & Olufsen, by being an IT Security Advocate.
- Contribute and develop our processes around IT Security.
- Collaborate closely with our IT Security partners.
- Collaborate with our IT Network partner.
What You Bring
You are a resourceful contributor with comprehensive knowledge in various IT security technologies, with a particular focus on Microsoft solutions. You also bring a sound understanding of Cisco Meraki, the network technology we utilize, but learning and growing in this area is equally valued.
Moreover, you bring:
- In-depth experience with IT Security in Microsoft technologies.
- Thorough knowledge about Cisco Meraki is beneficial.
- Experience with PowerShell.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, certifications are considered as advantage.
- Experience with VMware is valued.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Danish in both speech and writing.
- A commitment to bring about change and the ability to dig into issues and realizing goals.

Bang & Olufsen Group IT includes all classic IT functions from Infrastructure to Business Applications. We have some functions in-house (+20 people), while others are outsourced to partners. You will be working with 4 colleagues in our Cloud & Infrastructure Team, as well as collaborating closely with the other departments in IT and the rest of Bang & Olufsen.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
Location: Struer, Denmark or Kongens Lyngby, Denmark.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Travel: Approx. 5% between Danish locations
