As a Cybersecurity Consultant/Manager, you will provide security consulting capability to our clients as a trusted advisor, delivering high-quality client solutions and having the option to get involved in the full range of pre-and post-sales activities.

Our mission in the Digital Trust and Security team includes:
- Providing expertise in the strategic, organizational and human aspects of Cybersecurity. For example, security strategy definition and high-level operating model design, which are often the first steps in engaging our clients, helping to influence the board and CxO with top-down buy-in and understanding.
- Providing insight for threat modelling, risk management and security overlay approaches by conducting security maturity assessments.
- Providing a business understanding of technical domains and tailoring these to help clients maximize value and leverage quick wins on their transformation journey.
Depending on experience, you will be working with:
- Engaging in projects for our clients which transform their Cybersecurity, Architecture and Operational Resilience capabilities and reduce business and technology risk.
- Design, further development and operationalization of cybersecurity and data protection strategies.
- Further development of the information security or data protection organization as a sparring partner for our clients.
- Implementation of maturity level analyses (organization, processes, technology, data protection) & benchmarking in the national and international environment.
- Development of governance, risk and compliance concepts.
- Increasing customer trust and creating conformity with global regulatory requirements, for example, by establishing approaches for data classification and implementing adequate security measures.
- Conception and implementation of Digital Trust & Security in the cloud and in the context of the digital workplace (Secure the Cloud, Secure Digital Workplace, etc.).
- Integration of Digital Trust & Security in an agile environment (e.g. DevSecOps).
What we imagine you could bring to the team:
- Experience in one or more Cybersecurity domains. E.g. Security & Risk Management, Asset Security Security Engineering, Communications & Network Security, Identity & Access Management, Security Education and Awareness, Security Assessment & Testing, Security Operations, or Software Development Security, and a genuine curiosity to dive deeper into the topics.
- Familiarity with core Cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST CSF, ISO27001, CIS Critical Controls) and regulations (e.g. GDPR).
- Relevant Cybersecurity qualifications such as CISSP / CISM / CompTIA Security+ preferred.
- Experience in building and delivering proposals.
- Experience or interest in core Capgemini sectors. E.g. Automotive & Manufacturing, Life Science, Tech &Telcom, Financial Services, Consumer Products & Retail, Energy & Utilities, Public Services.
- Good at communicating and working together with various people in a dynamic environment.
- Eager to learn and ready to take your cyber security skills to the next level.
- Valid working permit for Denmark/EU.
