About the role
As a Compliance Manager (IT Security Advisor), you will be part of our operations department and act as the bridge between our public sector customer, internal teams and suppliers. You will drive information security, compliance and risk management activities, ensure quality in deliverables, maintain documentation and support audits. You will coordinate and test security controls, attend meetings, and advise on improvements across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Execute security verification tests and controls across infrastructure, applications and services, reporting findings and remedial actions.
- Collect and maintain documentation and evidence to meet contractual requirements for ISO 27001, ISO 27005, ISAE 3402 and ISAE 3000.
- Ensure contractual compliance with information security and privacy obligations and drive continuous improvement of our compliance processes.
- Participate in governance meetings with our customer, technical teams and management to align on objectives, progress and risks.
- Communicate proactively with the customer and internal stakeholders to ensure high quality service and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the security manager on risk management and prioritisation of improvements.
- Perform administrative tasks such as reporting and invoicing related to security and compliance projects.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and professional English, both written and spoken.
- Relevant education in IT or similar; extensive experience can substitute.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor are an advantage.
- Proven experience with ISO 27001, ISO 27005 and ISAE 3402/3000 standards, auditing and compliance.
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complexity.
- Ability to obtain security clearance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
