Arbit Cyber Defence Systems provides Cross Domain Solutions for high-security networks, offering solutions such as the Arbit Data Diode and Arbit TRUST Gateway. These solutions enable the efficient operation of high-security air-gapped networks, addressing the challenges of one-way data transfer to prevent data stealing threats. Customers are in Intelligence, Armed Forces, National Government, Police, and Defence Industry across Europe, North Africa, and Asia. We are based in Hvidovre, Denmark (very close to the train station and highway).
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineer at Arbit Cyber Defence Systems. You will be responsible for both low-level system development tasks and higher-level architecture of the Arbit TRUST Gateway.
You will work in a highly skilled team of software developers based entirely in Hvidovre, Denmark. The role will involve working on high-security networks and implementing unidirectional data transfer technology.
Due to the high level of security concerning Arbit customers as well as their own certifications, it is required that you can maintain a security clearance of level SECRET (HEMMELIGT).
Qualifications
- General software development and programming skills
- Knowledge of Computer Science principles and low-level computer architecture
- Experience with Linux at the system admin level
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Understanding of network security concepts
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
- Experience in interfacing with smart cards
- Interest in advanced security technologies (e.g. Content Disarm & Reconstruction)
