Your new job
You will be one of three people in the IT Operations Department. The team focuses on running and optimizing thew internal IT infrastructure in the company.
In this role you will be focusing on:
- On/off-boarding of employees
- Internal user support (follow the ticket system and solve any incoming requests from employees)
- Design and implementation of internal (on premise systems) and external (Microsoft 365 Admin Portals/Azure Admin Portals) services
- Overall maintenance (clients and servers, network, printer, etc.)
- Keeping up with internal documentation
- Ordering and configuring IT equipment (laptops, mobile, mice, screens, docks, printer, conference equipment)
- Performing compliance controls in GRC Suite to uphold the company's regulatory certifications
- Keeping user satisfaction high
About you

- Advanced Linux Workstation and Server experience.
- Advanced Azure experience.
- Windows workstations and servers experience.
- Networking concepts and debugging experience.

- Automation experience – scripting bash and PowerShell.
- MDM experience (Intune).
- RMM experience (NinjaOne).

- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written). Danish not required.
- Ability to translate user input into technical requirements.
- Ability to research and drive a project to completion.
Security Clearance
It is a requirement for the employment that you can obtain and maintain Security Clearance and a clean criminal record.
The application process

First Round: This is a 'meet the team' session where you'll have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with your potential colleagues and our work environment.
