Job Description
We are seeking a candidate who has a passion for Information Security Standards, Risk management, and Vendor Security.
As Information Security Consultant, you will be working across the CISO function, supporting the business lines and IT functions to ensure that our services meet internal and external compliance requirements.
You will be working out of the Danish head office in Copenhagen, and we expect you to have a valid Danish residence permit.
In this role, you will make an impact by:
- Work with product development teams as SME analyzing and understanding product scope and goal to provide cyber security guidance and recommendations.
- Ensure appropriate security requirements are defined and incorporated into the design, architecture, build and test plans for the product
- Define and support product development team in appropriate security testing (UAT, Pentest, AAT, etc.).
- Ensure identified vulnerabilities have been addressed and operational procedures have been established to effectively secure the product after release into production.
- Analyze technical security controls, perform risk assessments and provide recommendations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring a mix of skills to complement our team, but it essential to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and liaise with both technical and business stakeholders. Additionally, we expect you to be adept at clear and concise communication.
What you bring to the team:
- Degree in information/cyber security or information technology
- You have minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience of external security accreditations, such as ISO 27001
- Strong technical understanding and capability to translate complex findings to actionable roadmap
- Knowledge of risk management and risk analysis
- You have effective business communication skills to inform, partner, influence and manage key stakeholders to embed effective information security activities and processes
- You write and speak English fluently
- You understand the importance of cultural background – especially differences between the Nordic countries
