Description:
Uniqkey is seeking to expand our IT department with a passionate IT Support Agent, who will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and assist our colleagues in-house.
You will work closely with other departments to help ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any technical issues when they arise.
Responsibilities
- 1st line support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide in-house support in relation to hardware, keep our asset management system up to date, and ensure workstations are set up/taken down as needed.
- Log support requests, resolutions, and follow-ups in our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent in Danish and English (written and verbal).
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT systems like Windows/MacOS, mobile phones + apps, common browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari).
- Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues (know how to google).
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in a similar 1st Line Support or helpdesk role.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Topdesk, etc.)
- Speak/write any of the following languages: Dutch, Finnish, French, German.
