The opportunity
At EY we are 45 cyber experts who are passionate about securing a safer and more resilience society. Within Financial Services (FSO), we specialize in the financial sector, advising clients in Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management. We are working with some of the largest cyber security projects within the sector and at the same time supporting small financial institutions strengthen their digital resilience capabilities.
We are seeking passionate and experienced cybersecurity professionals (both Senior Consultants and Managers) to join our growing FS Cybersecurity team, with a focus on ICT Risk Management, Security Management, Business Continuity Management, Third-party Risk management, Security Control framework and Regulatory Compliance.

Your key responsibilities
- Drive Cyber Projects: Lead a variety of projects, from smaller assignments to large-scale transformations, including DORA implementations.
- Trusted Advisor: Leverage your sector and domain expertise to act as a trusted advisor to a wide range of business and technology stakeholders in Financial Institutions.
- Business Development: Actively contribute to and drive our business development activities, helping to expand our reach and impact.
- Mentorship and Team Culture: Coach and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a strong team culture and collaborative environment.
- Location and Travel: The main assignments are located in Denmark, but we also offer the opportunity to work in an international setting, with potential travel to client sites as needed.
To qualify for the roles, you must ideally have
- Relevant academic education in IT, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and/or Risk Compliance.
- At least 3-4 years of experience within Information Security, specifically within GRC, DORA, and preferably in the Financial Sector.
- Experience with DORA, NIST CSF, ISO frameworks (e.g., 27001),
- Strong competences within ICT Risk Management, Security Management, Business Continuity Management, Third-party Risk management, Security Control framework and/or DORA Regulatory Compliance.
- A proven record of delivering impactful and successful projects in complex organizational and stakeholder landscapes.
- Strong project and stakeholder management expertise, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Management Consulting is highly preferred.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Danish.
- Additional certifications in cybersecurity or risk management.
- Cyber security mentor or leadership experience
