About The Role
Are you an experienced security professional ready to lead and optimize physical security operations in a cutting-edge environment? We’re searching for a Security Operations Manager to oversee and enhance security processes across our Nordic data centers, remote offices, and employees.
In this role, you will take charge of daily operations for our Physical Security Operations Centers and manage guarding contracts, ensuring performance meets rigorous KPIs. You’ll work closely with site managers to maintain consistent security practices across all locations, develop site-specific security manuals and SOPs, and ensure readiness through regular drills and staff training.
As a key figure in our security management team, you’ll contribute to compliance initiatives, risk management programs, and construction projects, ensuring that our security systems and policies align with international standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 9001. This is a pivotal role where your leadership and expertise will directly impact the safety, resilience, and integrity of our operations.

Requirements/Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent military/police service).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, ideally in data centers or similar environments.
- Proven experience managing multinational security operations and guarding contracts.
- Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001); certifications such as ASIS CPP are a plus.
- Strong expertise in risk management, incident response, and forensic analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and manage security staff across multiple locations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as required to support regional operations.
