I'm an experienced IT professional with a background in technical support, real-time analysis, and customer service. Currently an IT Supporter at Team Blue, Denmark, I focus on shared hosting, Veeam backups, and website security. Previously, as a Realtime Analyst at Videoslots in Malta, I honed skills in team coordination and data analysis. My time at House of Code involved optimizing drawer functions and debugging Android apps. I hold a Bachelor of Computer Science from VIA University College, specializing in software development, and a Civil Engineering degree with experience in teaching and team management.
