Welcome to the Cyber-hub ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), forming a legally binding agreement between you and Cyber-hub. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1 - Account Registration

To fully access the Platform and its features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.

2 - Job Listings

As a user, you may be able to post job listings on the Platform. You agree that all job listings you post will be accurate, lawful, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, discriminatory, offensive, or misleading information. Cyber-hub reserves the right to remove any job listing that violates these Terms

3 - Job Applications

As a User applying for jobs through the Platform, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your application materials. Cyber-hub is not responsible for employers' hiring decisions or actions. We do not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of job listings, and we encourage Users to exercise caution and conduct their own due diligence.

4 - User Content

The Platform may allow you to post, submit, or upload content, including but not limited to resumes, cover letters, and job listings ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by providing it to us, you grant Cyber-hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Platform's operation and promotion. All User Content must comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines.

5 - Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's functionality. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other Users or Cyber-hub personnel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other Users' accounts.
• Using automated means, including bots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Platform or collect User information.
• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

6 - Privacy

We value your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and disclose information about our Users.

7 - Modifications to the Platform

Cyber-hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Platform without liability or notice. Significant changes will be communicated to users in advance where possible.

8 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cyber-hub, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms. This includes reasonable attorney fees.

9 - Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CYBER-HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. This includes liability for third-party content and actions.

10 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denmark. Dispute resolution procedures will be followed as per Danish law.

11 - Changes to the Terms

Cyber-hub may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
