About the team
You will become part of the team named Controls Advisory & Internal Audit that sits within the Finance Transformation function of Deloitte with a special focus on SAP Security & GRC. We support our clients to transform and elevate the ways in which they leverage SAP technology, data, processes, and controls.

Job Description
As an experienced consultant, you will focus on helping our clients implement best-in-class Security-related processes and controls in order to support their business and manage the ever-evolving IT risks within their organization.
This role demands a pragmatic approach to project delivery while upholding stringent security standards and providing expert guidance on SAP security policies and authorizations.
In this role, you will make an impact by:
- Design, develop, and implement security policies, authorization concepts, and roles within SAP systems (on-prem/private cloud, public cloud) based on business requirements and best practices.
- Implement and/or oversee the delivery of projects related to SAP access control solutions (e.g. IAG, SAP Access Control) and ensure timely, budget-friendly, and quality outcomes in compliance with business expectations and Group standards.
- Bring fresh ideas, insights, and potentially new ways of working to help shape the future of the team.
- Provide expert technical knowledge on SAP authorizations, best practice working methods, and functional insights into the business drivers for Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) activities.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver security solutions across multiple projects.
Qualifications
As part of our Nordic SAP Security and Controls practice, you will join a team of experienced security professionals who value inclusive leadership, continuous learning, and a coaching culture.
What you bring to the team:
- Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience as an SAP security professional.
- Blueprint Design: Ability to design and implement best practice SAP security blueprints tailored to the customer's business framework.
- Authorization Solutions: Proven experience in implementing and managing authorization solutions in large industrial companies using SAP Solutions.
- Solution Design: Ability to assess business requirements, design solutions, produce functional analysis/technical documentation, and implement and test solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Security experience on S/4HANA is required. Experience with other SAP solutions (SAP BTP, Identity Access Governance, S4HANA Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
