JOB DESCRIPTION

Scan Global Logistics is looking for an experienced IAM Team Lead to drive the development and implementation of IAM solutions, specifically based on SailPoint IdentityNow. In this role, you will work closely with the Security Architect and a team of IAM specialists, including both in-house staff and external partners, to implement and optimize SailPoint IdentityNow across multiple countries and enterprise applications. You will be responsible for managing IAM projects from planning to execution, ensuring security best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your expertise in identity lifecycle management, automated provisioning/de-provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity federation will be key in strengthening security and streamlining access management processes. You should be able to evaluate an existing SailPoint IdentityNow implementation, analyze gaps, and create a more user-friendly setup that provides value for the business. You will also provide technical leadership, guiding the IAM team in delivering high-quality solutions.
Your primary tasks and areas of responsibility:
- Lead and optimize IAM solutions based on SailPoint IdentityNow, ensuring security and compliance.
- Oversee identity lifecycle management, including onboarding, role management, and offboarding.
- Integrate IAM with Active Directory, Azure AD, Emply, and other HR sources.
- Set up connectors for application onboarding and automate provisioning/de-provisioning.
- Conduct security assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Ensure IAM policies align with industry regulations and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and collaborate with business stakeholders to improve IAM processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate is expected to have a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, but experience in a similar role is more important.
Furthermore, you are expected to have:
- More than three years of experience with IAM technologies. Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ is a plus. Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and identity governance.
- Experience integrating IAM with enterprise applications and authoritative sources.
- You should have strong customer orientation and a professional approach with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of the logistics or freight forwarding industry is a plus.
