Introduction & Summary
On behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, emagine is seeking a highly skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist to drive a PAM transformation journey, a vital component of their Global Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy. They are looking for a consultant who possesses extensive experience in PAM and IAM, complemented by a solid understanding of PAM frameworks and best practices. Your expertise will guide us in shaping a future-ready PAM approach that aligns with modern digital objectives.
Main Responsibilities
As a PAM Specialist, you will be integral in developing and implementing effective PAM strategies.
- Collaborate with business units to gather and prioritize current and future business requirements for PAM.
- Develop a PAM strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and digital initiatives.
- Define target architecture and specifications as part of the PAM transformation process.
- Analyze advanced PAM use cases to design a robust and future-proof framework.
- Ensure a cohesive approach to privileged access management integrated with IAM.
- Create and maintain PAM guidelines and best practices documentation.
- Develop a business case for PAM initiatives and clearly communicate it to stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in PAM and IAM, with knowledge of PAM frameworks and best practices.
- Familiarity with advanced PAM use cases and scalable transformation strategies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and target architecture definition.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a forward-looking vision.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience in creating impactful presentations for stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across business units.
- Preferred experience in the GxP/healthcare industry regarding regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields; advanced degrees or relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM are a plus.

- Experience with cloud-based PAM solutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to Identity and Access Management.
