About the role
Join the Product Security team in our R&D organisation to drive security testing, threat modelling and vulnerability management across hearing technology products. You will collaborate with hardware, firmware and software teams to identify and mitigate security risks throughout the product life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Conduct security testing of products and processes to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigations.
- Facilitate threat modelling workshops with product teams to uncover attack scenarios.
- Drive vulnerability management by prioritising findings and tracking remediation.
- Support development projects with security expertise and process optimisation.
- Define, improve and roll out security testing frameworks and metrics across R&D.
- Support tenders, audits and compliance activities related to product security.
Requirements
- Degree in computer engineering, software or a related field.
- 5–10 years’ experience in security engineering, product development or consulting.
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability management, threat modelling and security testing.
- Knowledge of OWASP top 10, secure design principles and relevant standards (ISO 27001, ISO 13485, EU MDR).
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills and ability to communicate across disciplines.
