Softpay is expanding and on the look-out for an Information Security and Compliance officer who wants to be a part of an innovative company in the Fintech payment industry.
You will join a small team with a dedicated manager. This role will involve you in different security and compliance domains and tasks. All the activities will be in close collaboration with the other InfoSec team members. Very good technology understanding, a people mindset and proven experience from a similar role, will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Driving compliance and InfoSec projects including collaboration across diverse teams and recurring compliance processes
- Maintain ongoing compliance posture – documentation, policies and procedures – and coordinate security requirements for the Softpay products
- Risk management and risk assessment activities
- Active engagement in incident management, vulnerability management and external audits
- Dialogue with software developers and security awareness
Need-to-have
- Relevant educational background in cyber security / technical compliance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Worked with SaaS platforms and/or mobile apps
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO27001, PCI DSS or similar
- Technical hands-on experience with software development, cloud infrastructure or DevOps
- Execution skills, can-do attitude, structured, analytic and positive approach to tasks and people
Good-to-have
- Already living in Denmark and the Copenhagen wider area
- Danish skills both spoken and written
- Project management experience
- Being able to see across ongoing processes and projects and how they are tangled together
