About the Role
They are currently looking for a talented Identity and Access Management (I&AM) Security Specialist to join their dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering systems that establish user credentials and secure access to enterprise applications.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the client’s Identity Management systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, configuring, and deploying IAM solutions for User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, Federation, and Privileged Account Management
- Overseeing complex Privileged Access Management (PAM) infrastructure, including password vaults and session monitoring services
- Troubleshooting issues related to password rotation, account onboarding, and integrations with AD/LDAP and SIEM solutions
- Developing and executing test plans for IAM solutions
- Administering privileged user accounts across various platforms, including Windows and UNIX
- Integrating systems like different LDAP providers and database servers
- Performing health checks on servers to ensure consistent availability
Travel Requirements
Please note that some travel may be required, varying from 0% to 100% depending on business needs.
Qualifications
Here’s what they’re looking for:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years; if you have an Associate’s Degree, at least 6 years of relevant work)
- At least 2 years of experience managing cloud privileged identities across various platforms
- Experience with AD, LDAP, JDBC, SNOW connectors, and end-to-end lifecycle management
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with one of the following IAM technologies:
- Saviynt, SailPoint, CyberArk, or Ping
Additional Qualifications/Experience (not required):
- Exposure to I&AM practitioners and experience working with C-Level clients
- Industry-recognized security certifications (e.g., CISSP) and I&AM vendor certifications
- Experience in deploying and implementing custom applications
- Knowledge in areas like application security, data security, and infrastructure security
