Job Content, Responsibilities, and Possibilities:
Based in one of our offices in Denmark (Aarhus and Copenhagen), or Germany (Hamburg) you will be working in a team supporting customer projects and programs within the field of IT/OT and cyber security.
We are a dedicated team of mixed seniorities and nationalities with a collaborative working environment. SCADA and Cyber Security is a crucial area for our clients, who we support on both greenfield and brownfield projects.
The team works across disciplines, ensuring seamless integration, operation, and cyber security of OT, ICS, and SCADA systems.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading risk assessments of IT/OT environments for clients across large-scale renewable assets, and providing risk mitigation strategies and recommendations.
- Developing IT/OT operating models, guidelines, and procedures for renewable assets.
- Developing and communicating IT/OT infrastructure designs to our customers.
- Implementing cyber security solutions for IT and OT environments on large-scale renewable assets, and reporting to project management, customers directly, and/or other senior engineering functions.
- Adapt to legislation and regulatory requirements for the IT/OT environment. Advise on the utilisation of best practices, policies, and standards, such as IEC62443, and ISO27000.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, in PEAK Wind and among our customers.
What you Bring and your Qualities
We expect that you have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience from a similar position, and previous experience with cyber security functions, such as Risk Management, Vulnerability Assessments, and Security Assessments. Furthermore, experience within security systems including firewalls and security engineering is required.
Recognized security certification is desirable and experience with implementation of national standards such as NERC/CIP or NIS2 would be considered an advantage. The ideal candidate would have experience with renewable energy projects and/or implementation of Cyber Security Management Systems in other industries.
As a person, you are a team player, and you thrive working in an international and diverse team with mixed cultures and seniorities. You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills in IT/OT systems. As PEAK Wind is a global company, you must also have strong English communication skills, both oral and written. Finally, we are looking for a candidate with excellent stakeholder management skills.
