We are looking for at NIS2 Process Specialist (NIS2: EU directive - Network and Information Security 2) to support the implementation of NIS2 in Global Operations globally. The NIS2 implementation is done in close collaboration with the Digital, Data and IT organisation (DDIT).
Your key focus in this role is to establish global processes on areas such as incident management, risk management, business continuity, supplier management and authority reporting. Furthermore, you will ensure process documentation and anchoring throughout the Global Operations’ organisation.

The Digitalisation team is a part of the Standardisation, Digitalisation, and Project Management function in Global Operations.
The scope of the Digitalisation team is global, and we are working closely with the DDIT organization and various teams at our manufacturing sites in China, Hungary, Costa Rica and soon in Portugal.
The team’s focus is on manufacturing executing system applications, the interfaces to both enterprise systems and to the shopfloor and cyber security.
You will report to the Head of the department and the day-to-day work will be done in close cooperation with the global NIS2 Program organisation.
The tasks ahead
We can guarantee a portfolio of interesting and varied tasks:
- Formulate global guidelines and processes for Global Operations within the following areas:
- Incident management
- Risk management
- Business continuity including restore guidelines and processes
- Supplier management
- Specific NIS2 requirements such are reporting to authorities
- Implement and anchor global guidelines and processes through documentation, training and test
- Continuous follow-up and initiation of improvements to global guidelines and processes
- Establish frameworks that secure continued compliance with the established guidelines and processes
Specialist profile with a global mindset
We are looking for an experienced colleague with a passion for processes, for working at the border between Global Operations and DDIT, and for cyber security
Your qualifications:
- Experience with process optimisation and documentation
- Have experience with a manufacturing environment and/or IT.
- Understands the full technology stack from machine level to enterprise systems
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Is used to working in a large international organisation
- It will be an advantage if you have experience working in a regulated environment and/or experience with cyber security work
