About the job | Implement the Information Security Strategy in Region North
You drive ISO 27001 readiness and compliance with EU/national regulations, ensuring continuous improvement. You collaborate with colleagues and business units to manage operational incidents effectively and integrate security controls into regional processes.
You promote consistent IT operations security practices and lead efforts in aligning incident management, vulnerability assessments, and secure software development (security by design).
In partnership with external vendors and cross-functional teams you execute on security initiatives and monitor compliance.
Additionally, you serve as the regional point of contact for high-profile incidents and regulatory inquiries and strategic security initiatives. You report to the Group CISO.
About You | A pragmatic doer with a proactive, risk-informed approach
You bring your extensive experience in Information Security and Compliance management and use your strong track record of managing security operations to guide business process owners across the value chain.
You apply your pragmatic and approachable ways of being with a deep understanding of cyber security frameworks, ISO 27001 standards, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, NIS2, AI act). You leverage your strong problem-solving, communication- and analytical skills as well as the ability to translate complex security challenges into actionable business solutions. You utilize your stakeholder management skills and ability of cross-functional collaboration.
Besides the above you succeed in the role if you have
- Demonstrated ability to integrate security controls across varied business functions and manage relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborating with enterprise risk management functions and contributing to group-level strategic security initiatives.
- Strong project management capabilities with a solid approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
