PAM Specialist

We are actively seeking an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist to join our Scalability and Transformation Portfolio. In this crucial role, you will help shape and define our PAM transformation journey, which is an essential element of our Global Identity and Access Management strategy.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a strong understanding of PAM frameworks and best practices.
Familiarity with advanced PAM use cases and a track record of developing scalable and secure transformation strategies.
Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and the ability to define target architectures in alignment with business requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee future requirements and translate them into actionable initiatives Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Demonstrated proficiency in creating compelling presentations to effectively communicate business cases and strategic initiatives to stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively across various business units and engage stakeholders effectively.
Experience in the GxP (Good Practice) / healthcare industry is preferred, enabling a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and operational nuances.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or similar) are a plus
