Seeking a highly skilled and experienced management and strategy consultant specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) for one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in transforming strategic initiatives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment between business objectives and IAM practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with cross-functional teams to deliver significant organizational value.
Main Responsibilities
The consultant will support the execution of strategic IAM initiatives while collaborating with architects and product owners.
· Support the transition of existing strategies into execution readiness and develop tactical plans.
· Utilize leading strategy methodologies and concepts (e.g. future-back, pain-points-to-goals).
· Consolidate and integrate existing strategies and direction-setting documents.
· Prepare and facilitate long-term planning workshops.
· Define processes for managing and updating pain points and long-term goals.
· Create planning templates and workshop materials.
· Define project scopes and manage implementation plans.
· Estimate project costs and resources within stipulated deadlines.
· Link and collaborate with existing governance models and processes.
Key Requirements
· 5-8 years of project management experience within the IAM domain.
· Proven experience in translating strategy into execution.
· Strong financial acumen for defining and estimating project costs and resources.
· Experience developing integrated project plans using hybrid methodologies.
· Previous experience in IT Security and IAM preferred.
· Experience in regulated industries is an advantage.
· Exceptional communication and change management skills.
· Fluent in English, with strong presentation capabilities.
