As an Identity Specialist, you will be responsible for strengthening our Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities. Your role will involve managing and optimizing IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, along with Active Directory, to enhance security, ensure compliance with policies, and bolster our organization's cybersecurity resilience.
Working as part of our cross-functional teams, you will play a vital role in protecting user identities, implementing best practices for access control, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirement.
This position reports to the Director of Global IT Infrastructure and is part of cross functional teams like Infrastructure, IT Security, Architecture & IT Compliance team located in Brønshøj.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Design, implement, and manage PAM and IAM solutions to protect privileged accounts and access
- Ensure that PAM & PIM activities comply with Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements, in the areas of access management, audit logging, and reporting
- Active Directory Management and maintain Active Directory (AD) environments
- Ensure compliance with identity and access management (IAM) policies
- Engage in cross functional teams Security, Infrastructure and Compliance
- Participate in global Infrastructure and Security projects across Radiometer and Danaher
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Experience working with Active Directory architecture including delegation of access and Group Policy’s
- Experienced in managing and configuring Entra ID, including Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Single Sign-On (SSO) and Conditional Access
- Advanced Knowledge of PowerShell
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or similar
- Bachelor’s Degree in such as computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or other relevant education
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- experience working with IT in a regulated industry and standards such as ISO 27001
- General infrastructure knowledge
- Working experience in a Global organization
- Experience working with logging such as Splunk
