WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for a team player excited about protecting our company’s information and ensuring we comply with laws. You should have at least 2 years of experience in Data Privacy or Information Security. Good communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently and build collaborative relationships are necessary.

What You Need:
• At least 2 years of experience with data protection compliance (especially GDPR)
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• A proactive and service-minded approach

Nice to Have:
• Certifications like CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, CISSP, CISM, or experience with ISO 27701
• Familiarity with Resilient and OneTrust
• Experience working in Global matrix based organization
• Master’s degree in a relevant field ie Law
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and report data breaches
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, for example by keeping up-to-date data inventory and data mapping
• Address data subject requests
• Guide the organization in information security-related tasks
• Assist business with digital product reviews, data mapping, risk assessments, and Data Privacy Impact Assessment
• Secure training and awareness in ISDP e-learning modules
• Stay informed about security and privacy trends, threats, tools, and legislative changes relevant to Data Privacy
ABOUT THIS WORK AREA
To secure effective Information Security that supports IKEA business processes by maintaining, developing and supporting reliable, robust and efficient Digital products and platforms. The Digital function contributes to the growth of IKEA and improves the customer´s life at home. The Digital function also works together with the organisation to ensure high co-worker awareness and the capabilities they need to do their best work.
In this role, you will be part of the Digital function in IKEA Denmark. The Digital function consists of 15 people. You will report to the Country Digital Manager.

• The position is on average 37 hours per week on an individual contract. Overtime is reflected in the salary
• It will be possible to work both from home and in the office in IKEA Taastrup but we will expect you to be in the Service Office 3 days a week
• Salary within IKEA’s salary policy based on your competencies and pension
