Imagine yourself in a part-time student position where you
- Test the security of our internal systems, perform automated technical controls, and document your findings.
- Contribute to implementing security measures and compliance with standards such as ISO 27001/2.
Start your career with the Cyber Security Team
We are looking for a student assistant to assist with security testing and automation of technical controls such as the ISO27001/2 standard.
If you have an interest in IT security and want to gain hands-on experience, this is the job for you.
The cyber security team at DSB is part of our IT security unit. We are about ten colleagues -analysts, architects, advisors, and other students - contributing with our unique knowledge and experience in IT security.
We perform security tests, advise on IT security, monitor systems, analyze data, and handle security incidents and threat intelligence. We work with both red and blue team disciplines to ensure a safe IT environment.
With us, you will have the opportunity to learn from both generalists and specialists, while contributing to the protection of DSB's IT infrastructure.
We value collaboration and knowledge sharing, and we look forward to welcoming you to our team.
“You can have a serious talk about work, joke with your colleagues, and get the job done. People respect your privacy, and at the same time you can always go to your team lead if there is anything. I really like the department.” says Christos, IT Security Architect who joined us in September 2022 as IT Security Graduate.
About The Job

You assist with minor security tests of our internal systems. You document and report your findings and follow up.
After lunch, you will continue with the work of implementing automated technical controls to ensure our compliance with e.g. the ISO 27001/2 standard.
You will also support the team with various ad hoc tasks, such as technical security assessments and operational routine tasks.
