About The Role

As our Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will be the crucial link between our customers, sales team, and production. Your expertise will ensure we deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' business needs.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing complex cybersecurity solutions, combining our managed service offerings to meet diverse customer requirements. Your ability to navigate both conceptual and technical challenges will be key to your success. Working closely with our sales team, you will identify and understand customer needs, ensuring the best fit for their unique situations.

On an average day you will be asked to do any of the following:
- Solution Design: Assess client requirements and architect managed service solutions to address their challenges
- Technical Expertise: Present solutions for client stakeholders together with sales, covering technical questions
- Proposal Building: Build proposals and statements of work in alignment with client needs together with sales
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with key technical counterparts from client organizations
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and solutions to provide informed recommendations
- Technology vendor collaboration: Collaborate with our technology partners to build the best solution for the client
- Negotiation: Negotiating delivery agreements with clients license agreements with technology vendors

About You
What we would like to see from you:
- Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT services industry.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and technologies (e.g., XDR, SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection, cloud security).
- Communication & Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Languagewise we expect you to be a native Swedish or Danish speaker along with fluency English.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset to analyze client environments and recommend effective solutions.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
