The market
The MDR market is growing rapidly, and Gartner projects an annual market growth rate near 30%. By joining mnemonic, you will enter this rapidly growing market with a high-quality proven service offering focusing on investments in R&D, technology and the people who drive it.
As part of our Danish office, you will be backed by a team delivering innovative MDR services for over a decade with an opportunity to provide substantial benefits to your customers.

You will be challenged with these tasks
- Actively hunt new leads and sales opportunities
- Initiate sales cycles and follow them from nurturing to closing – primarily direct sales
- Increase exposure to our brand and standing in the market
- Active networking - engage with relevant organisations, seminars, meetups etc.
- Contribute to events and other initiatives that will make us top of mind to potential customers
- Cooperate with our marketing deptment to increase our brand exposure in the Danish market
- Bring our experts into the right meetings
- Participate in the planning of our strategic Sales approach for Denmark
- Learn and understand mnemonic services and products as well as the culture of the company and colleagues
- Build broad relationships and networks with potential clients, partners and suppliers
The candidate must be willing to travel in Denmark and occasionally travel abroad to receive training, attend conferences and social events.

What you will bring
Experience
- An existing customer network in one or more relevant segments, e.g. finance or related industry, energy, manufacturing
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience from communicating with both C-level and technical departments
- University degree or equivalent experience
- It’s an advantage if you’ve held previous senior sales representative roles, or have experience selling MDR services in the Danish market
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Good social and networking abilities. You’re able to act as a trusted advisor for customers
- Ability to contribute to all stages of the sales process - initiating contact, influencing RFPs, nurturing opportunities, reply to RFI/FRPs in collaboration with the BID-team, and negotiating contracts
- A general IT understanding and experience within IT security is preferable, any OT security experience is a bonus
- The ability to understand the customer’s needs
- Proven sales results and ability to understand and articulate the potential opportunity that mnemonic presents
- Language skills: Fluent in Danish and English. Proficiency in other European languages is considered a bonus

Research and Development
mnemonic employees partake in R&D aiming to develop new standards and novel solutions to solve the toughest cybersecurity challenges, and for the security community as a whole.
We also invests in new research together with multiple partners, like our Argus Managed Defence service that includes advanced Threat Intelligence created with joint research efforts from Europol, UN, US Army Research Labs, Centre for Cyber and Information Security, Norwegian Security Authority, and Norwegian Defence.

Your tea
You will report to our Country Manager in Denmark.
The candidate will be working closely with the existing Danish team, as well as the respective departments in Norway and our other European branch offices for Sales, Customer Success & Presale.
You will be supported with great reference cases, Sales, presales and BID knowledge, and industry leading expertise and training.
